Ok so I had decided to just let this little blog die, but then Candice called me and got me all excited about blogging again. Something about keeping in touch with your married friends...who knows. All I know is that the infamous facebook became annoying and I guess this is the next best thing. So here we go again.
So lots has happened...the biggest being that John and I got engaged! Finally? go ahead and say it. I know you wanted to. So what if it took us way too long to figure things out? He went on a mission. Shiz happened. Need I say more? (Yes, I just said 'shiz' on my blog. you're fine.) So I am joining the millions of 'cute mormon couples' to feel so blessed and excited to get hitched. Let me tell you, it's been an adventure so far. Here are a few pictures from the night we got engaged. No, we didn't plan to wear brown together...we're just in tune that way. Neat. Also, please note, most girls look exceptional on the night they get engaged because they just went somewhere nice to dinner and are all dressed up. YES John took me to a fabulous restaurant, but by the time the proposal happened it was like one in the morning and I thought I was goign to bed so I looked the part. Besides, I bawled when he proposed. Yes, I cried. Like I said...seriously so blessed. Anyway, enjoy.
